Mamy pie
This traditional cake is a tribute to Mamy, Julie's grandmother. It's a variation of the Swedish Princess Cake or 'Prinsesstårta' and was a constant presence on the table during Sunday family visits. The cake is crafted with a soft sponge, airy whipped cream, a layer of fruit jam, and covered with a pink marzipan layer. You choose this little cake not only for its beautiful appearance but also for its delightful flavours.
This treat is available throughout the year, specially created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Julie's House.
